From prototype to product sample to pre-series

PCB assembly – SMT and THT manufacturing

We offer SMT and THT assembly – from prototypes to series production. SMT manufacturing is carried out on two flexible pick-and-place assembly islands. SMT components are soldered using a full convection reflow oven. THT components are soldered using a selective soldering system. Manufacturing is carried out in accordance with IPC-A-61 and J-STD-001 to ensure high-quality solder joints. On request, we also comply with specific industry standards, e.g., for the aerospace industry.
