Flying Probe Tests or In-Circuit Test
With our TAKAYA flying probe test systems, we offer fast and comprehensive testing. Double-sided tests with 6+4 probes significantly reduce test and setup times. Integrated analysis functions and automated board handling ensure additional acceleration.
Thanks to the double-sided test concept, multiple test objects can be sequentially contacted and programmed in the panel. High-precision measurement equipment such as DAC/ADC, signal generators, lasers, and HD cameras enable flexible testing of active and passive components, functional tests, and optical inspections. You benefit from cost savings, flexibility, and high test coverage, even for complex structures, even in the pre-production stage and for small and medium-sized series. With our Merlin pro software, we can also automatically create test programs from your CAD data – cost-effectively, right from the first assembly.

FCT: Tested for proper function
Functional testing (FCT) is a key component of quality control for identifying and correcting errors under real-world conditions at an early stage. For special functional tests that cannot be covered by flying probe testing, we develop test solutions and corresponding test fixtures according to your specifications. We are happy to support you in developing a suitable test strategy.
Our FCT package includes the following services:

Based on the analysis results, we can optimize the manufacturing processes for your components. ETO DYNAMIC Digital works with partners who perform material analyses for us using X-ray and MRI equipment, soldering and wetting tests, as well as cross-section and semiconductor tests.
